Delivery Information

1. HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR DELIVERY?

Singapore deliveries will be free of charge for orders above $65, there will be a standard rate of S$8.00 per address for orders below $60. Seafood Dynasty Pte Ltd reserves all the right to change the rate of delivery without further notice. Please look out on our website and official facebook page for our Free Singapore Delivery promotions from time to time.

2. WITHIN HOW MANY DAYS I CAN RECEIVE MY GOODS?

Once you have place your order, your expected delivery date is within 1-3 working days starting from the day your order is place. For orders place before 5pm, you will receive your order the next day. If orders is received after 5pm, you will received your orders two days later. WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMINGS?

Local Delivery (Singapore)

Delivery service will be available daily from every Mondays to Sundays. (Including Public Holiday). Timing will be between 12-7 pm.

Each delivery slot has a maximum capacity and we would encourage you to place your order in advance.

4. RULES & REGULATIONS

Delivery Exceptions Issue

Please ensure that each recipient's address and contact details are correct and accurate before proceeding. Seafood Dynasty Pte Ltd will only make limited attempt(s) to deliver your package to the recipient according to the delivery details provided.

If the recipient fails to receive the goods or the abandoned goods are not picked within the specified time, the goods will be confiscated. The customer will bear all losses. Seafood Dynasty Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any refunds.

5. AREAS WE DO NOT COVER

We do not deliver to restricted areas e.g. Changi Aiport (Transit & Departure Area). Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island).

We do not deliver to off island areas e.g Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island, Lazarus Island and overseas deliveries.
